How do I buy a vehicle?
Add the vehicle to your cart and click Checkout. You will be asked to sign in (Discord or email magic-link) if you have not already. Payment is handled by Paddle, which accepts credit and debit cards. As soon as the payment confirms, your account unlocks the download.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Paddle. Apple Pay and Google Pay also work in supported browsers. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal are also accepted at checkout. Pricing is in U.S. dollars; your card issuer handles any currency conversion.
Where do my files go after I buy?
Your downloads live on your account page at /account, available indefinitely. Every order also gets an email with a direct download link, sent the moment payment confirms. You can re-issue a fresh link from your account at any time, even years later.
How long do download links last?
The presigned link in your email is valid for 24 hours. After that, sign in to /account and click the download button on the order to generate a new one. Each new link is valid for another 24 hours and there is no limit on how many times you can re-issue it.
What's actually in the .rar file I download?
A complete, drag-and-drop FiveM resource folder containing the YFT model, YTD textures, vehicle metadata files (vehicles.meta, carcols.meta, carvariations.meta, handling.meta), and a configured fxmanifest.lua. Where applicable, custom engine sound files are included as well.
Will this work on my server?
Every build is tested on FiveM artifact build 3258 and works on any server using ESX, QBCore, vMenu, Lambda Menu, or running standalone. Lore-friendly vehicles are addons (they sit alongside default GTA vehicles, not replace them), so they will not conflict with anything you already run.
How do I install a vehicle?
Extract the .rar, drop the resource folder into your server's
resourcesdirectory, addensure resourcenameto your server.cfg, and restart the server (or txAdmin reload it). The spawn name is listed on the product page and inside the included readme. If you use a custom vehicle-shop resource (esx_vehicleshop, etc.) you may also need to add the spawn name to your shop config.I bought it but the Discord role didn't grant. What do I do?
First, make sure your Discord account is linked at /account. If it isn't, sign in with Discord and the link is created automatically. Once linked, head to your account page and click Re-sync Discord on the relevant order. If it still doesn't work, open a support ticket and we will manually push the role through.
What if my download doesn't work or the file is corrupted?
Open a support ticket at /support immediately. Attach a screenshot of the error if you have one. We replace the file or refund you in full, no questions asked, as long as the issue is on our end (broken upload, corrupted archive, missing files).
Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final. Every file is digital, delivered instantly, and thoroughly tested before going on sale, so refunds are not issued — including when a file ends up incompatible with your specific server (poly-count caps, lore vs non-lore restrictions, framework limits, etc.). It is on the buyer to verify those things before purchase.
If a Product is genuinely defective (download link permanently unreachable, archive won't extract, file substantively differs from the listing), open a ticket within 14 days and we'll investigate. When the issue is on our end, we replace the file. The full policy is in our /terms.
What should I check before I buy?
The product page lists everything you need to verify fit before clicking buy:
- Line label. Lore / TOS, Non-Lore / TOS, $5 Budget, or Bundle. Some servers (especially streamed / public ones) only allow lore-friendly cars; if yours does, do not buy a Non-Lore build.
- File size. Listed under specs. If your server enforces a poly-count budget, make sure the file's size sits comfortably under it.
- Custom sound / handling. Each product page has explicit "Included" badges when these ship with the build, and is silent on them when they don't.
- Spawn name. Listed in the description. Make sure it doesn't collide with a vehicle you already have installed.
If you're not sure whether a build will work on your server, ask first — open a ticket in the Discord or at /support before you buy. Once payment goes through, the sale is final.
Can I use the vehicle on multiple servers?
Yes, on any server that you personally own, lease, or operate. The license is per-user, not per-server. You may install the vehicle on as many of your own servers as you like.
Do you do custom builds?
Yes. Open a ticket in the Esko Kustomz Discord server with your spec (year, make, model, swap, body modifications, props you want to attach, color options, custom sounds, etc.). Don't DM, the ticket system is the only way to get on the queue. Custom builds start at $85; turnaround is usually 3 days to 1 week depending on what you want.
How do bundles work?
Bundles are pre-curated packs of multiple vehicles at a discount versus buying each separately. When you check out, you receive the same drag-and-drop access for every vehicle in the bundle. Bundles are listed under the Bundles category in the main navigation.
What's the difference between Lore / TOS, Non-Lore, and Budget vehicles?
Lore / TOS vehicles use original GTA-style names and stay within Rockstar's TOS, which keeps them safe for streamed and public servers. Non-Lore / TOS vehicles use real-world brand names (Tesla, Audi, Rolls-Royce, etc.) and are best for private servers since they violate Rockstar's TOS. Budget vehicles are the same full-quality builds as everything else in the shop, just rotated through a $5 sale price over time. Same models, same handling, same custom sounds where included, same drag-and-drop install. The label only describes the price tier, not the build quality.
Do the vehicles include custom handling?
Some do, some do not. The product page lists "Custom handling.meta included" as a separate badge under the specs. When included, the handling file is tuned to feel realistic for the vehicle's class (sports, sedan, SUV, truck) and works directly with FiveM's default driving model.
Do the vehicles include custom engine sounds?
Same answer: it varies and the product page lists it explicitly. When included, you get a custom audio bank, configured automatically when the resource starts.
How do I link my Discord?
Go to /account and click Connect Discord. You will be redirected to Discord's OAuth page; approve the request, and you will be sent back. From that moment forward, any future order you place that includes a Discord role will grant the role automatically.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking it stops marketing emails immediately. Transactional emails (order confirmations, download links, refund notices) keep coming because they relate directly to your purchases; if you also want those stopped, delete your account at /account/security.
How do I delete my account?
Go to /account/security and use the Delete my account section at the bottom. Type DELETE to confirm. Your profile, Discord linkage, sessions, and review bodies are erased; your order history is anonymized so it remains in our records for tax compliance but cannot be linked back to you.
Where can I get help that isn't covered here?
The fastest channel is the Esko Kustomz Discord, where I'm usually around during NA business hours. For anything that needs a paper trail (refunds, billing issues, broken downloads), open a ticket at /support and you'll get a reply by email and inside your account.
Still stuck?
Talk to a human.
Open a support ticket and Esko gets back to you here and via email. For instant chat, Discord is even faster.
