Expired link, corrupted file, or missing email — quickest fix is a fresh link from your account.
My Discord role didn't grant
Make sure Discord is linked on your account, then trigger a re-sync. We can also re-run it manually.
I want a refund
All sales are final once a download has been used, but unused / broken builds are refunded — no hassle.
Response times
Tickets are answered in order of arrival. Urgent (refunds, broken downloads): same-day. Custom-build inquiries: 1–2 business days. Discord chat is usually faster but isn't monitored overnight.
Before you write
Include your order ID (or the email you used at checkout) and a screenshot if there's an error. Linking the order on the ticket form does this for you in one click.
